Belle Vue
Belle Vue offers a 40th-floor view of the city that will make you feel like you are floating in the clouds. The premium organic vegatables and fresh seasonal seafood flown in daily from Nagasaki's five islands and prepared over a natural charcoal fire will please the most demanding palate. Authentic Italian pasta dishes with recipes handed down from famous Italian chef's from the island of Capri, and classic northern Italian cuisine of great chefs such as Marchesi will be offered. The all-you-can-eat dessert cart will feature an original dessert by famous pastry chef Pierre Herme. Belle Vue features an open kitchen, allowing the guest to see the chefs at work and allowing the chefs to put on a show for the guest while preparing their special dinner request.
