    Senbazuru  Kaiseki cuisine with private tatami rooms.
    Blue Sky  Revolving restaurant on the 17th floor, serving Chinese cuisine buffet style. Fantastic city views!

The premium organic vegatables and fresh seasonal seafood flown in daily from Nagasaki's five islands and prepared over a natural charcoal fire will please the most demanding palate. Authentic Italian pasta dishes with recipes handed down from famous Italian chef's from the island of Capri, and classic northern Italian cuisine of great chefs such as Marchesi will be offered. The all-you-can-eat dessert cart will feature an original dessert by famous pastry chef Pierre Herme.
